Observatory members visit DCAF's office

On 7 December, Observatory members from West, Central & Southern Africa visited the DCAF office to carve out a plan for early-warning on the activities of private military and security companies (PMSC) in Africa and prevent human rights violations by such actors. Watch this space!   They also shared in a Genevois tradition, commemorating when locals defended the city in 1602, by breaking a chocolate cauldron together.
