Global Network for Good Governance (GNGG)

Corruption has long been identified as the single major impediment to all efforts made to attain global growth and development especially in Third world countries. The general strides made within the last 50 years or so to reduce poverty has been highly rubbished by corruption.

Global Network for Good Governance (GNGG) is a non-profit, non-governmental, independent research, information and training organization registered under Cameroon law in April 2000.

It was conceived at the International Development Law Organization (IDLO) , in Rome Italy, in 1999, by a group of international legal minds concerned about governance issues and the need to network, collaborate and strategize in efforts aimed at curbing global corruption.

The Network is dedicated to practical and country-tailored strategies and mechanisms to combat corrupt practices and to foster popular participation and transparency in the management of public affairs and honesty in private business transactions, as a prelude to sustainable human development contained in the SDGs.
